Built in 2010, Villa Frangipani is both modern and contemporary in style. It has 400m2 of built-up living space and all rooms are large and well proportioned. Outdoors within the tropical luscious gardens is a large swimming pool (65m2) with integrated Jacuzzi and Balinese Gazebo. The Villa has an atmosphere of spaciousness and you will find yourself submersed In Balinese rural living.
The indoor areas are air-conditioned with rotary fans and there is a strict non-smoking policy for inside all closed living areas. The living and dining area is large in size (85m2). The feeling of spaciousness and luxury is enhanced by a high (7m) open-vault natural wood roof. This area is beautifully furnished while the many windows and glass doors afford great visibility of the exterior flora and swimming pool area.

Villa Frangipani is located in the peaceful rice-Paddy district of Canggu on the South West coast of Bali. Just 30 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport it offers an excellent starting point to discover Bali. You can experience the best of both worlds as well as having a tranquil and traditional country setting the Villa is only a 10 minute drive to the best restaurants, bars, shopping and spas. A further 15 minutes South is the renowned Kuta resort with its bargain shopping and bustling nightlife so popular with young and old alike.

* All rates are quoted in US dollars subject to 10% government tax and 5 % service charge.
* Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
* Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
* A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received after confirmation of your booking
* Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation
* Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
* Payment can be settled by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic bank transfer inclusive of bank transfer fees
* Villa check out time is 11.00 am. Late check out is available at half the rental rate subject to availability
* The villa reserves the right at anytime in its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation and car rental
* Events or functions at Villa Frangipani must be authorised by Exotic Hideaways
* The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, its staff, employees or agent.
