Situated in the tranquil Pererenan village, it is only a 20 minutes drive from Seminyak where the island’s best restaurants, shopping and nightlife can be found. Villa Kavaya is also only 45 minutes from the airport, just 10 minutes form the world famour Greg Norman designed Nirwana Golf Course, 200 metres from horse stables and 800 metres from Echo Beach.
Sitting on 2.000 m² of land beautifully designed by the owner, and decorated with a beautiful traditional museum quality antique collection throughout. The 500 m² living area is beautifully appointed and finished impeccably with stunning recycled teak wood. House Composition
Villa Kavaya is composed of 3 bedrooms in the main building and 1 bedroom in a beautiful unique antique Gladak from Java positioned on the river side of the land and facing the beauty of the garden and the 18 meters infinity swimming pool.
Villa Kavaya 3 Bedroom + 1 Bedroom Gladak
The 3 Bedrooms are master suites with king size antique bed, adorned with Egyptian cotton sheets and bed covers with 100% duvet feather pillows.
All the rooms also include LCD flatscreen TV with satellite channels and DVD player.
Each room is also set up with colonial traditional lazy chair with standing lamp for reading and an original antique writing desk.
The 3 ensuite bathrooms are made of tumble marble floor, standing bathtubs and 2 spacious rainwater showers, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor to enjoy the beauty of the morning sunrise.
One of the Master Suites has a solid bathtub made of one piece of marble.
Every Room is provided with an I-POD Speaker system.
The Gladak
The Bedroom of the Gladak is equipped of QUEEN size Bed with the same set up of the other 3 Bedrooms.
The Bathroom is open with beautiful view including a spacious rainwater shower.
One of the Keynotes of this property it’s extremely spacious 1500 m² lawn area fringed by tropical palms, frangipani trees and 3 magnificent 45 metre old trees showing the authenticity of the existing forest.
While resting in the Joglo at the end of the pool, your view looks out over this expansive garden area. Perfect for families and friends for garden games or hang out on the 2 hammocks positioned on the terrace.
At night the garden is perfect for entertaining surrounded by magical tropical night life.
